The beautiful City of Perth
Perth has many points of interests and lies on the banks of the River Tay in the heart of Scotland. Perth’s galleries and museums, concert Hall, Scone Palace, castles and beautiful gardens invite you to enjoy and discover. This small city is a very good place for shopping with an abundance of unquiet small shops. Every shopping queen would love it. There are also many interesting festivals and a Farmers’ Market on the 1st Saturday of each month.

Tips for a day in Perth
Rodney Gardens: a good place for a picnic after a shopping trip. Take the South Street Bridge over the River Tay. At the fair end of the bridge you’ll find this public park on either side of the bridge.
The Giraffe Cafe: A very nice cafe with hand made food, small plant sales and a welcoming atmosphere. Find more on their website 51-53 South Street, Perth PH2 8PD,

Holland & Barratt: this store which is part of a national health food chain, sells many organic pand natural products such a healthy foods, natural medications and beauty products. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Website 187 High Street, Perth, PH1 5UN

Lunchtime Concerts at Perth Concert Hall. Lunchtime Concerts are shorter and cheaper than in the evening. We recommend taking a delicious lunch at the Glassrooms Cafe.
Museum and Art Gallery: They have a good exhibitions and offers workshops - often about aspects of local history or drawing. Entry to the exhibitions are free. Website
